Site terms
Terms of service
By using meadowedmonton.com, run by Meadow General Contracting Ltd, you agree to these terms, effective September 28, 2026. Project work follows our signed contract.
Call (587) 327-0144Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services, request a quote or a cash offer, apply for financing through our partner, leave feedback and pay deposits. Please don't misuse the forms, send false information, try to get around the site's security or copy large parts of it by automated means.
Our guides explain rules, permits, programs and costs in general terms and link to the official sources. They are not legal, tax, financial or engineering advice. Rules and programs change, so check the official source and ask a qualified professional about your own situation.
Quotes, offers and contracts
Nothing on this site is an offer to do work at a set price. A quote from us, including a fixed-price quote after a site visit, does not bind either of us until we both sign a written contract. The signed contract sets the scope, price, schedule and payment terms, and it sets out our 1-year workmanship warranty.
Cash offers for houses work the same way: a written cash offer becomes binding only when both sides sign a purchase contract.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Alberta law. For example, under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act, a homeowner can cancel a written contract with a prepaid contractor that was solicited, agreed upon or signed at their home, or elsewhere away from the contractor's normal place of business, within 10 days after receiving their copy.
Estimates and financing
The payment estimator on our financing page is a calculator. Its results are estimates only and are not an offer of credit. Financing is provided by iFinance Canada, on approved credit, at rates from 0% to 9.99% depending on the plan and your credit profile. Meadow is not a lender.
If you apply, the application and any loan are between you and iFinance Canada, under their terms. Cost information in our guides explains what drives prices and is not a quote for your project.
Deposits and payments
Our deposits page takes card payments through Stripe for work covered by a signed agreement. A card processing fee is added on top of the deposit, and the page shows the fee and the total before you pay. The deposit is credited toward the price in your agreement.
Refunds, cancellations and later payments follow your signed agreement and Alberta law. A payment that is still processing counts once Stripe confirms it.
Text messages
If you agree to texts on our quote form, the consent wording beside the checkbox applies. We may text you appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, project inquiry follow-ups and project updates from 1-877-696-5753. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Site content and liability
We work to keep this site accurate and dated, and we cite official sources, but information can go out of date and mistakes happen. To the extent Alberta law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on this site instead of a signed contract or professional advice.
The text, photos and design of this site belong to Meadow General Contracting Ltd unless we note otherwise, and client names and logos belong to their owners. Project photos are labelled with the town where the work was done. Links to other websites are there for your convenience, and we are not responsible for what those sites say.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. The courts of Alberta will handle any dispute about them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Send questions to info@meadowcontracting.ca.
